Orientation Training for Personnel Transferring to Continuous Worker Staff

 

Orientation trainings were held in five sessions for our personnel who transitioned from contracted workers to permanent workers, with the participation of our esteemed rector. Within the scope of the Education Program, information on “being an Aegean University student” in general, our values, codes of behavior that makes us who we are, what we have achieved together as the Ege University family, our basic units, the general information you will need and finally basic rights are presented.

 

Academic Staff Orientation Program

 

The Academic Staff Orientation Program, consisting of 9 modules in total, was completed on 9, 15, 16, 17 October 2018. Within the scope of the program, information was given under nine sub-titles. These titles are given below.

Basic Computer Education

 

As a result of the evaluation of the personnel orientation trainings that have been transferred to the permanent staff, the lack of computer use skills of the employees was discovered. In order to eliminate this deficiency, Basic Computer Training was held on 27-28-29 August 2018 for a total of 406 people with the support of the Faculty of Education.

 

 

 

Corporate Awareness Training Program

 

"Corporate Awareness Training Program" was planned in cooperation with the Personnel Department and the Protection and Security Branch Directorate and was held in 3 sessions on 19-20 September 2018. 222 protection and security branch employees participated in this program.

 

Legislation Education

 

Within the scope of the suggestions and opinions of the Personnel Department and the Strategy Development Department, a Legislation Training Program consisting of 11 modules has been prepared for the faculty secretaries, the secretaries of Vocational School and Vocational High Schools, and the administrative personnel deputizing for the relevant positions. Our trainings started on 11 December 2018 and will be completed on 4 January 2019.
