Identification of Administrative Project Development Team Members

 

In the light of the information obtained from the Personnel-CV Application;

 

          Project development experience

 

          High knowledge of foreign languages,

 

          Represented our institution in national and international platforms,

 

          prone to teamwork,

 

          10 people from different units and fields of expertise were determined.

 

Preliminary interviews were held with the selected people and an Administrative Project Development Team was established to contribute to our senior management with different project ideas.

 

 

 

Determination of Academic Project Development Team Members

 

Avesis, academic.ege.edu.tr, by scanning the curriculum vitae of academic staff on the websites of the faculties; à Having national and international project experience (research/executive),

 

  Studied at different universities (mainly abroad),

 

  Represented our institution in national and international platforms with its publications, awards, research and projects,

 

  16 people from different disciplines and fields of expertise were identified.

Corporate Mentoring

 

 

 

A corporate mentoring program has been designed in order to ensure that the experiences of our experienced employees are transferred within the institution and to strengthen the corporate memory. In this context, a Mentor Pool will be created, and then the second stage for the collection of Mentee candidates will be implemented.
