Personnel CV Application
The Personnel-CV application was completed within the framework of the activities carried out jointly with the Human Resources Coordinatorship, the Information Technologies Department and the Personnel Department. In this framework, up-to-date CV information of our administrative staff can be accessed in a healthy way.
Updating Personal Information and Defining Corporate E-mail Addresses
During the design process of the personnel CV application, the personnel who had problems with their personal information were identified and the employees were directed to the relevant unit to correct their personnel information.
E-mail addresses have been defined by the Network Group for the personnel who do not have a corporate e-mail address.
Business Analysis Process Studies
The main purpose of job analysis studies is to create healthy job descriptions of our administrative staff. In this framework, in the light of the studies and meetings carried out in cooperation with the IT Department software team, the design of the Business Analysis Form-Personnel Interface was completed and the interface was opened for data entry on Ege -SSO.
Following the completion of data entry by all personnel, Supervisor Approval and Admin Approval interfaces of the Job Analysis form were opened for data entry and completed.
